Lectern

Test-prep and tutoring academies run on spreadsheets, group chats, and duct tape. Lectern replaces that with software built around each academy: AI tailors the custom features and workflows an academy needs, and a live coordination layer keeps students, admins, and TAs on the same page.

It has paying customers. Bootstrapped, revenue-funded, and I intend to keep it that way.

Hearth

An open-source desktop app for agentic game development. Describe the game you want and a coding agent builds it in ordinary files while it runs beside the conversation.

Each project also has a playtester that remembers what happened in earlier sessions, so iteration stays grounded in what the game actually does.
